Consumer

You as a customer have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. You then have another 14 days to return the item. Costs for returns are borne by the consumer.

Tip:

When you receive and unpack the item, check whether this item meets your needs. You have up to 14 days to return the item. However, we urge you tofor hygienic reasons, do not wait 14 days if you are not satisfied.

If we receive the item back in good condition and in the original packaging with all accessories and without damage, you will be refunded immediately!

B2B 

As a B2B trader, you have the right to exchange our items if you believe that an item does not meet sales expectations, subject to compensation for shipping and possibly additional value for new items.

Bundle discounts for regular consumers do not apply to B2B customers and therefore cannot be purchased. Normal consumer prices will always be charged for bundles.

Items used by the B2B merchant's customer are never eligible for return and refund processing between the B2B merchant and Haaghoek.com
